1. Will the City establish a Task Force of community property owners to iron out issues related to proposed ordinances? If so, when?
2. Will there be another workshop about these ordinances prior to Council vote? When?
3. The current Municipal Code adequately regulates nuisance issues now; it's enforcement that appears to be lacking. How many complaints are currently being issued? How many tickets are being given out to property owners?
4. Along that same line, does the City have problems collecting fines? What is the collection rate for those receiving fines for nuisance issues? How much money is that generating for the City coffers?
5. How many warning tickets are issued, as opposed to actual fines? Why aren't stiffer fines levied to begin with for property owners who commit major code violations?
